Estimated Delivery Times
All physical products — stickers, mugs, and greeting cards — are handmade or printed to order, then carefully packed and shipped. Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and begin counting once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight. Please note that international orders may occasionally be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What If My Package Is Lost or Delayed?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an error on our part as the manufacturer, or if your order does not arrive within 21 business days, we will provide a full reprint or a 100% refund — the choice is entirely yours. Simply reach out to us and we’ll take care of it right away.
