Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive. Below is everything you need to know about refunds, returns, reprints, and cancellations for both our digital and physical products.

Digital Products (SVG & PNG Files)

Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or delivered.

That said, your satisfaction still matters to us. If your file is not what you expected, we offer unlimited revisions until you are completely happy with the design — simply reach out and we’ll make it right.

Physical Products — Damaged, Defective & Lost Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an error on our part as the manufacturer — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — or if your order does not arrive within 21 business days of shipping, we will provide a full reprint or a 100% refund, the choice is entirely yours.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item (for damaged or defective products) along with your order number.

30-Day Returns

If you’re simply not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product price. In this case, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that returned items should be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Since most of our products are made or personalized to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or refunded for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing error.

What Isn’t Covered

Free reprints or full refunds due to a manufacturing error do not apply to: orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, minor color variations caused by different screen or printing settings, or items returned after the 30-day return window.

Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team typically responds within 24 hours and will guide you through the next steps.
